Last night my boyfriend i used Door Dash to order Firehouse subs and recieved our food in under an hour. The driver was punctual and very nice. A complete *** from the service we recieved tonight. We ordered from Mikes Charcoal Grill. Segun A was our driver. He was horrible! It took two hours to recieve our food our quote was ** minutes. I can appreciate that you provide a map of where the "Dasher" is, however, it becomes increasingly frustrating to watch the obviously inexpierenced driver drive around...completely missing the mark. This is not my only grievance. My second issue is that in addition to recieving our food late the Dasher failed to make sure we recieved the complete order. I work in a very established restaurant*entertainment venue and this is not how we treat our guests. I will give the driver the benefit of the doubt the establishment probably didnt either so i cant copletely hold you responsible fkr the miss. What i can unequivacally hold you accoutable for is the fact even your service failed to provide us adequate guidace to recieve the customer service every user of you convenient app deserves. In addition i find it completely unacceptable for frequently used app and convience such as yours would make a patron pay for the service and then only offer a $*.** recourse. Makes me wonder why the BBB has a whole page dedicated to your shortcomings...not exactly a characteristic to be proud of. My boyfriend and I sincerely hope that you take the opportunity to tweek your internal systems so this unfortunate incident doesnt happen to other patrons.
