Today is Wed. ********. I completed (*) deliveries today however, in the App. for the week of: ******** - *******, it is reflected that I completed only (*) deliveries for a sum total of: $**.**, to date for this week*This is inaccurate data as (*) of the (*) completed deliveries is not reflected under the Earnings tab.**My completed deliveries represented on: Wed. ******** include the following merchants* coupled with the exact time I "Accepted" that delivery within the App:***) Buona Beef at *:** pm on ************) Slice Factory at *:** pm on ********* and***) Wing Stop at **:** pm on **********Unfortunately, I did not memorialize, within my own paper records, the exact dollar amount I was to receive for each of the aforementioned completed deliveries however, the App is only confirming (*) completions instead of (*) thus, the total sum earned for the week: $**.** is inaccurate and requires updating prior to Monday when earnings are directly deposited into bank accounts.**I can be reached directly on my cell phone at ***-***-**** anytime and would greatly appreciate a prompt reply from a member of your Customer Service Team!**I can so be reached via email at: *****@***.com however, my cell phone is the preferred method of contact.**I look forward to resolving this issue with Door Dash promptly!!**Regards,**Alicia N. All of the excess time I have had to spend: ***. Researching, on the internet, the best method of contact* and** *. Taking the time to compose this email is most certainly consuming vaulable which could have been spent accepting and effecting prompt deliveries to the customer!!*But I am sure you are more than familiar with this particular complaint!!
