Actually, the refund for the missing coleslaw was $*.** and after checking my bank for the promised refund, I went back to my DoorDash account and found that the credit was actually issued as a DoorDash Credit, a fact I wasn't aware of when accepting their offer. Had I known I needed to buy more food in order to get compensated for what was wrong with my last order, I certainly wouldn't have accepted that arrangement. So, I consider this issue fixed but not fixed

The order was from KFC and was $**.**. -- We had a problem that the coleslaw was missing from our order and we reported this through your Help portal on your website. We were offered, (I believe it was about $*.** to be refunded), which we accepted. Although your site still reflects that you issued a refund, I was charged for and my credit card reflects the entire $**.** with no reimbursement issued as of Oct. **, ****. I would appreciate if you could look into this matter and adjust my charge accordingly. Thank you.
