I paid $**.** for doordash delivery, *I got the completely wrong order, the delivery was very late and the door dash delivery driver was very apologetic he was a sweet man. I called the company for the misorder they gave me the right order but Ihad to wait another ** minutes. The manager at TGI Fridays was trying to get a hold of someone for doordash but oddly couldnt reach anyone from doordash about a REFUND, The managment team told me waiting so long at a restaurant where I was suppose to get a delivery as soon as possible*Is just plan stupid. They said to reach out and get a refund. Ive heard doordash is very usefull and amazing from what everyone tells me but as a single mother trying to keep it easy for me after long days, its hard when you have to tell your kids they have to wait longer. Using this for the first time i was not pleased at all and will not use it again.
