I was delivering and apparently was sent to a business address that no longer exist. I contacted customer service for help and was told that the business was closed for couple of days to come. I was told that I can continue Dashing but my app kept frozen until I was contacted by a person from Doordash. I was told he was from the headquarters office and that they were aware of my current situation. He knew, I was sent in address which was closed and that the customer cancelled the orders by that time I was sent to a new location That I accepted , I was told the customer cancelled. I was told not to worry that the both orders were cancelled. And One of them the customer didn't want it anymore. I was told I would get reimbursed for gas on both trip and that I was qualified for $*** bonus. Even though that seemed at the time I believed. After all I worked very hard That weekend and was exhausted from all the places they sent me. September *, **** was a very rainy and difficult day. I manged to deliver all my orders that day. I went to sleep after I finish all my route. When I woke up Doordash kept texting about how bz they were and that they needed my help. I had worked * days in a row to get some money to payback the money I borrowed money to get my car out of from a tow company who took my car *days prior. This individual who was from the head quarter assumed my identity by hacking into my account and Doordash database, since they used they number similar to theirs to call me, froze my doordash account for hours before I can suspect what was going on and I couldn't dash for hours nor was able to contact any of their agents (doordash Agents). In the following days to come I receive a message that I requested for quick or fast pay, which I didn't. I attempted to contact door dash. Instead someone call me and lied to me again and this time tried to get into my personal bank account by asking me pertinent information. Doordash company has done nothing so far to rectify the situation, instead I grew more and more freaful of sharing any informations with anyone who contacted over the phone or my email. I went to one of their centers and did what one of their rep told me to do but they have been no result. My whole weekly pay is missing. I still owe some people money for the car that I used to doordash to deliver. I owe that Credit card company for that Gas that I put in the car in order to do the delivery. I am hoping this sort itself out before I either call the news people or contact a lawyer. Please Help!
