So there are * issues that im having right now, * is i have had two of your DoorDash supports contact me saying i qualify for a ***$ bonus for doing a great job in just my first week, i then asked if that would be deposited along with my weekly pay and BOTH said yes...so where is it? I already recieved the weekly payment today, ill be looking forward to that being deposited today. My second issue that i do not think i explained well enough for another DoorDash supporter was that saturday night i had an order at PhatCatz and the app crashed and got stuck after it repeatedly said “Order has not been placed yet” when the order was in fact placed abut ** mins before. Confusion started happening so i walked into the restaurant and waited for about an hour due to the miscommunication of the restaurant and the customer, NOT my arrival. The support i spoke to mentioned something about “we monitor arrival time” etc. but this was not because of my arrival, pickup time nor delivery time. The delivery time was about *:**pm and the food was delivered around **:**pm due to the extremely busy restaurant and miscommunication. Reason for mentioning this second inconvenience that wasted about an hour and a half of my dashing is because i was told i was getting an acomodation of **$ for *! cancelled orders last week that i still never got so im going to need that deposited as well along with an acomodation for this ridiculous PhatCatz order asap because i dont like wasting money and time. Lastly, sunday night a mcdonalds order for a Fernando was placed, yet the Red Card declined going through as credit AND debit. Therefore payment was not able to be made so the app doesnt let us move on to the next step so a lady was very kind to pay for the order and the delivery was made. I do not trust paying for somebody elses food with my card because it seems you guys are iffy on payments and communication. So, to sum all of this up i will need * accomodations for * inconveninces and the lack of communication you guys have, i cant even call a number because they do not go through, no one picks up the phones or i get hung up on, the **$ Due to the cancellation, and most importantly my ***$ bonus ASAP for doing a great job getting peoples food to them early and on time.
GetHuman-dannyche did not yet indicate what DoorDash should do to make this right.
