Ordered food through Mellow Mushroom online, that is connected to door dash. An hour later the driver tells me they do not have my food. An hour and a half later calls me back and says she's not waiting for the food. (Fair enough, right) Well I call Mellow to get a refund*see what is going on. The manager there said someone was just getting a door dash order, never said my name. Then left. And I guess that is when the driver called to tell me that my food was not ready. An hour an a half later someone showed up to get my food. Which I told the mellow mushroom person I did not want cold food that has been sitting around for an hour and a half. This definitely seems to fall all on the driver and this is ridiculous. I have screen shots of when I placed the order and what not.
GetHuman-javander did not yet indicate what DoorDash should do to make this right.
