Hi, have been driving for a few weeks now and have had some difficulties with certain stops, either language barrier, bad cust service on their end and making food take forever over complications or my red card declining. ALL of these have detrimental my customer review apparently and I am now facing a bad review. I am very proficient at my work and very timely as you can see all my other ratings are superb. I have not been able to call and talk to anyone about this issue or even an issue with one of the businesses. I like working for door dash but really would not want to be booted off the app for things that were out of my control, especially considering I was doing the best I could in those situations by communicating with customer and with establishment. I would just like someone to help me in this matter and hopefully realize my score does not determine my ap***ude in customer service, I feel I've done a great job getting orders to people as fast and efficient as possible
I trust that DoorDash will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
