Store number ****, order date **********, order time *:** PM, total charges $**.****I ordered * pizzas from this location last Tuesday. My email confirmation said it would arrive in **-** minutes. We ended up waiting over an hour and * minutes for the pizza to arrive. I used Dominoes online tracker showed they started making my pizza after the estimated delivery time. **Well, when we got our * pizzas and boneless chicken wings, the wings were hard and cold. I can only imagine that they were ready long before the pizzas were even in the oven. The pizzas were hot so we microwaved the chicken and tried to make the best of it. **I took a few bites of my first slice of pizza and noticed a hair right on top. I picked it up and the root of the hair was still attached. My wife and I immediately lost our appetite. **I called the store right away and a gentleman answered, I asked for a manager and he said "I can take care of you". I told him what had happened and he told me he would cancel the credit card transaction and place a free pizza on my account in case we wanted to order at a later date. **I watched my credit card statement and was expecting the pending charge to fall off as is usually the case. Well * days later the charge posted to my credit card. I called the store back and another gentleman who answered the phone told me it took *-* business days for the amount to be credited back on my card. I told him it already posted even though the other 'manager' had told me the whole transaction would have been canceled. He asked me to wait *-* business days and if I didn't get it to call and talk to the General Manager named Amanda. **Well here is what makes me upset, even more than the above paragraphs. I called and talked to Amanda today. She told me that the managers would never tell me that they would refund my card, that they would offer to make me a new pizza and get it delivered right out to me, or put a pizza on my account for a later date. One or the other. I explained to her that * different gentlemen that I talked to both basically said the same thing about my card getting the credit. She exclaimed to me that her employees were trained and would not tell me that. I tried to explain to her but she was adamant that her employees were trained better than that. Plus she never even acknowledged or apologized for the poor chicken or hair pizza. **Amanda told me the only thing she could do for me was give me a credit on my account for $**. Which was way less than the food I threw in the trash. I told her I wasn't interested as we wouldn't be ordering from this location in the future. **This is the worst customer service I have ever received from any business. ***Stephen Hill*Cell ***-***-****
