I ordered a pizza but was disappointed to find only crumbs of mushrooms instead of full slices, with some slices having no mushrooms at all. When I mentioned this to the staff, I received no response, which made me feel as though my concern was not acknowledged. Despite the issue, I still paid for the pizza to have something for dinner. It seems odd that they can place whole pepperoni but struggle with full slices of mushrooms. This has happened to me before, and I have noticed pictures on the make line guiding employees on the pizza's appearance. I would appreciate a pizza made correctly that resembles what I ordered. I have photos of the pizza, the receipt, and the sticker on the box available if needed.

On October 29, [redacted], I placed an order for 2 pizzas; one was The Lot and the other was Garlic Prawn. Unfortunately, both pizzas arrived cold. The Lot pizza lacked sauce and tasted bland, while the garlic prawns were white and tough. I contacted the Bayswater North Victoria Australia store to request a refund, but instead, they mentioned canceling the order. I am still waiting for the refund to reflect in my bank account. The customer service experience with the rude female staff member was disappointing, especially as a loyal customer who treats themselves to Domino's every fortnight. I placed an order for food online at 10:00PM which was delivered by 11:00PM. To my disappointment, the chicken wings I received were uncooked and incorrect in flavor and texture. Despite requesting specific preparations, they were raw and not what I ordered. Additionally, the brownies were undercooked and cold. When I called to request a replacement, I encountered a rude manager named Crystal who was unhelpful and even argued with me, using inappropriate language. I am extremely dissatisfied with the poor service and lack of professionalism displayed. I paid $27.78 for the order and a $10 tip, which I am now seeking a refund for. I have attempted to contact customer service online but have not received a response. This experience has been unsettling, and I am still waiting for my refund to be processed. The customer service provided was unacceptable, and I believe that responsible actions should be taken to address this matter promptly to ensure better service in the future.

I have reported this issue four times already! The store owner, Mr. Pradip, does not answer calls or reply to messages! It has been over 10 days with no communication from your end! Please refund my money! This pertains to Order ID #[redacted]. I placed the order at 08:06 PM. The delivery arrived two hours later with a cold pizza containing a fly in the box. The pizza was inedible and unacceptable. After discussion with Mr. Pradip, the manager of the Domino's outlet, the cold, stale pizza was returned. The pizza is marked as successfully delivered, and I have been charged [redacted] Rs for it. Can you clarify why I am being charged for something that was never received and why the order was marked as successful? This is the second time I am lodging a complaint regarding this Order ID. Can I expect a resolution? Please escalate this matter to someone more responsible. While Mr. Pradip did call me once, he appears to be ineffective in managing this situation! Thank you, Shradha

A few weeks ago, while ordering through the app, I entered my new address to receive my pizza delivery. Despite attempting to update my address, the order was still sent to my old location which was saved in the app. I contacted Domino's when the delivery didn't arrive, and they assured me a refund for the undelivered food. It has been three weeks, and I have yet to receive the refund. Additionally, in a separate incident a week ago, an incomplete order was delivered with missing sauces, and a credit was promised but never applied to my account. I have consistently provided the correct information in the past without issue, so these recent errors are frustrating. I kindly request the refunds owed to me and resolution to these ongoing problems with my orders.

Today, on 11/12/20, my granddaughter contacted Domino's Pizza on University Drive in Carson, CA to order 16 plain chicken wings, two 2-liter sodas, and a lava cake for delivery. We've ordered from them previously, so they have our address on file. However, her order from Pizza Hut, which included lemon garlic chicken wings, arrived before Domino's. When she inquired about the delayed delivery, she was treated rudely and told that she had requested a pickup order, despite specifying delivery initially. The employee then insisted we'd have to pay an extra $4 for delivery. After a heated exchange, I was also met with unprofessionalism and disrespect from the supposed manager. I sought confirmation that the order was canceled, encountering more unhelpful staff. The lack of accountability and professionalism, as well as the manager's belittling comments towards my 12-year-old granddaughter's competence, were completely unwarranted and disappointing. I tried to reach the manager, but was met with resistance and reluctance to share any information. This lack of professionalism and judgment is unacceptable.

I experienced a frustrating situation with my order yesterday. We placed the order at 18:40 and arrived at the store by 19:20. Unfortunately, after waiting for over 5 minutes without being acknowledged, I was informed that there would be an additional hour and a half wait for my order. This long wait was unusual for me when picking up food. The lack of organization was evident as receipts were scattered on the counter, making it difficult to discern which orders were being processed. Despite multiple employees present, there was a sense of disarray with the front desk attendant struggling with phone calls and walk-in customers while an older gentleman took the initiative to assist customers in need. The absence of the manager further added to the chaos. Regrettably, due to the disorganized system and excessive wait times, I had to request a refund since waiting over two and a half hours for a single pizza was not feasible.

I encountered an issue placing an order online with Domino's in the Carrollwood Tampa, Florida area. Unfortunately, the payment did not go through, and the store's phone line has been down for over 12 hours. After multiple failed attempts, I realized my money was on hold. I contacted my bank, which requires a letter confirming the order was not received or an authorization code for a release. While speaking to an assistant manager, Devon, from another store, I learned that they could not provide the letter due to the absence of the person who handles the letterhead. I urgently need my funds released today as I have to use them. Please provide me with a letter on letterhead stating that the order was not received to release the hold on the funds. I appreciate your prompt assistance in resolving this matter within the next two hours and can receive the letter via email. Thank you for your attention to this issue.

We decided to treat the workers installing our roof by ordering pizzas for them since they take lunch around 12. I called store #[redacted] in Foley, Alabama at 11:04 to place an order for delivery by noon, paying $67.36 with a credit card. Unfortunately, the pizzas didn't arrive by 12:15, so I called to cancel. Paige assured me the refund would be processed. However, at 12:30, the delivery person, James White, showed up. We had to explain we had already canceled the order. We discovered he had made the Mexican workers, who don't speak English, pay for the pizzas. We refunded the workers and are now seeking a refund for the pizzas we canceled.

I placed an order for pizzas early this morning with a pick-up time of 4:50 pm. When my work schedule freed up, I called to request an earlier pick-up time. After speaking with a worker who then got the manager, Carla, on the line, I was informed that my pick-up time couldn't be changed due to existing orders. Carla mentioned it would take an hour, which I accepted. However, I later discovered I could place a new order online and have it ready in just 30 minutes. Despite that, my main concern was Carla's attitude during the call, which I found to be rude. The incident occurred at the Jerseyville IL store on 11/25/[redacted], with the call placed at 2:48 pm. I recently placed an order from Domino's that included parm bites for the second time in two weeks. Unfortunately, both times the parm bites were extremely flat. Last week, a kind manager resolved the issue promptly, but this week a rude employee initially handled my complaint. After speaking with a manager who promised to send two replacement orders, an hour and a half passed with no delivery. When I called back, I was tersely informed that they were too busy and my order would be canceled, then abruptly hung up on. I am thoroughly disappointed with the poor service and lack of customer care from the Domino's store in Bordentown, NJ. I am requesting a refund for my order and I will be sharing my negative experience on social media to warn others. It is unlikely that I will order from Domino's again in the future. I am hoping someone from Domino's can reach out to me regarding the refund.

I visited the store at 4:20 and was asked for my phone number several times before being told that only cash payment was accepted. Despite paying in cash, my order was not ready after 15 minutes as promised. When I returned 10 minutes later, I was informed that my order had not been placed. It turned out the cashier had forgotten about my order, causing a delay of over 30 minutes. Due to this inconvenience, I requested a refund as I had a doctor's appointment to attend. This experience was frustrating and disappointing at the Domino's in sec-4 Gurugram, Haryana.

I always call Global Cash Card before each use. I ordered a $16.99 Buffalo Chicken pizza, but payment was taken care of quickly, which was fine. Normally, my orders show up within 25 minutes, but this time nothing arrived after 30 minutes. I called Berea Dominos and was told to check around, as my order might have gone somewhere else. I checked everywhere with no luck, and the $19.00 is still missing from my card. This is hard-earned money that seems to have disappeared. Please help me resolve this. Thank you.

My name is Marquetta, and I'm reaching out about multiple issues I've encountered with Domino's. A few months ago, someone in New York used my credit card to order food, but I couldn't get in touch with anyone to resolve it. Recently, for a birthday party, I placed two different carry-out orders at special prices. Unfortunately, they messed up my order. While they offered me a credit, I couldn't use it for a carry-out special as I had done previously. When I called back, the associate refused to let me speak to a manager. This experience has left me extremely dissatisfied with Domino's, and I'm very upset about the situation.

I placed an order for 2 pizzas, 32 pieces of bread bites, and 20 wings. I followed the pizza tracker and entered the store when informed the order was ready. Unfortunately, the order was not prepared, and I had to wait an additional 40 minutes. The wings arrived without ranch or Marinara sauce. I previously emailed about issues at this store. An employee was handling food with bare hands; my husband witnessed her dropping bread bites, picking them up, and placing them in the box. This behavior is unacceptable, especially during Covid. Regrettably, this will be our final order from Dominos. It's disappointing that when customers raise concerns, they are ignored.

At the Alpena store in Michigan, I had a frustrating experience. I arrived to order bread bowl pasta, and when I informed the girl outside my order, she insisted I call it in. Lacking my phone, she consulted the manager who also refused to take my ONE ITEM order in person, despite the store being quiet at 4:00 pm on a Monday. The lack of flexibility was baffling. I shared this incident with friends during a Zoom call, and to my surprise, two others had similar encounters at Domino's, vowing not to return. I placed an order on December 5, [redacted], at 5:59 pm at Domino's #[redacted] located at [redacted] Dekalb Medical Park Lithonia, GA [redacted]. I was given a delivery window of 22-32 minutes and received a text at 6:17 pm that the order was out for delivery. After waiting, making numerous unsuccessful calls to the store, and driving there myself at around 7:20 pm, I found out that my order was back at the store because the driver couldn't finish deliveries. The cold pizza I received wasn't even what I had ordered. I ended up buying dinner elsewhere. I am requesting a refund of $40, which includes the food, taxes, a charity donation, and a delivery charge for delivering the food myself. The store offered to replace the order for free, but I declined due to the inconvenience. If I don't get a refund soon, I will escalate this matter until it is resolved by Domino's.

I placed an order from Webb City, MO while visiting my daughter at [redacted] Monroe Circle, Carl Junction, MO [redacted] on December 1st. I tried to report it earlier, but I couldn't find a good way to contact you. I spoke with Domino's in India, and I want to bring to your attention what happened. The pizza was satisfactory, but the delivery driver only handed over the food after I opened the door (not contactless) and pressured me for a tip when I only left $2. He insisted I add another $2 to the bill before he would release the pizza from the hot bag. He mentioned he does this to customers who don't leave him a decent tip. It was a significant amount for us to order, and I usually order from Parsons, KS without any issues. Please ensure this driver does not deliver to my Carl Junction address in the future. I ordered pizza on December 9th for my mom's birthday. I accidentally selected a slightly different address from a dropdown list without realizing the mistake. After waiting for 50 minutes with no progress shown on the order tracking page, I double-checked the address and discovered the error. When I tried to cancel, the order had not been baked yet. Now, I am unsure about the status of my order as I have not received a refund or the pizza.
