I had a positive experience with manager Taylor who handled a previous issue with cold food and warm soda very professionally. She went above and beyond by offering two complimentary meals, which made me feel appreciated as a loyal customer. However, my recent interaction with Jerry at around 9:30 pm did not go well. When I tried to redeem my credit for the completed order, Jerry only wanted to offer me two medium two-topping pizzas instead of what was originally ordered. Despite trying to clarify the situation, Jerry was rude and unhelpful, eventually hanging up on me. I felt disrespected and frustrated by his behavior, especially as a loyal customer. This kind of treatment is unprofessional and unacceptable. I hope this issue can be addressed promptly.

Dear Dominos,
I would like to kindly request that you refrain from adding jalapenos to my cheesy bread. Despite my repeated requests for no jalapenos in my orders, there has been a consistent error with five consecutive orders where jalapenos were included. This has become a frustrating issue for me, and I hope it can be resolved promptly. Given the current situation, I have been relying on online ordering, and on each occasion, I specify no jalapenos, only bacon on my cheesy bread. I am puzzled as to why jalapenos continue to be added despite my instructions. Thank you.

I believe there might have been an issue with the credit card I used for my recent order, as I suspect it was charged to a different card. I recall experiencing some computer issues at that time, which made me uneasy. This morning, when I received my credit card activity report, I noticed a transaction that I don't recall making.

The order was placed on Saturday, 12/12/20, and included a cheese steak pizza, chicken wings, a habanero chicken sandwich, chocolate marble cookies, and a 20oz Sprite. I place an order three times a month, but my account keeps showing an old phone number from eight years ago despite my attempts to update it. This results in my orders being canceled after they call to confirm. I have contacted the store multiple times about this issue, but it has not been resolved. Today, not only was my order canceled again, but I was told to pick it up instead of having it delivered. The manager implied that I should not upset the food preparers, which concerned me. This experience with Domino's has been disappointing, and I do not plan on ordering from them again.

I received a severely burnt Philadelphia pizza covered in large black marks. I have already sent photos of it to the store. This is unacceptable, and the cook responsible should be reprimanded. This is the second burnt pizza I've received this month. Despite my clear request for NO MUSHROOMS, the pizza had an abundance of them, the largest mushrooms I've seen from this franchise. Despite repeated attempts, including phone calls, online feedback, and contacting the corporate office, I have not received any response. In a recent incident, I ordered pineapple jalapeno chicken, and there were only six pieces in the box. During car-side delivery, I had to wait for an employee who was on the phone for eight minutes, seeming unaware of my presence. This lack of customer service is disappointing, and I am deeply dissatisfied with the overall experience at your store.

I placed an order for pizza and bread delivery. After waiting for an hour, I called the store, but was kept on hold for an extended period. Eventually, I was informed that despite the pizza being ready, it would take another 30 minutes before a driver could deliver. Disappointed, I decided to pick it up myself. Upon arrival, I found both the pizza and bread cold, without the marinara sauce I had paid extra for, and not even cut into squares as I had requested. This was by far my worst pizza experience. Adding to the frustration, I ended up tipping $5 to myself as the driver - essentially paying to collect my own cold order. This situation needs to be rectified promptly.

On Dec 19, [redacted], I placed an order for 6 pizzas, but only 5 were delivered. Despite assurances of a prompt delivery, I had to wait over 2 hours until 10:30 p.m. for the last pizza. This delay left me frustrated as I went without dinner. Upon the delivery of the missing pizza, the driver mentioned that the cost would come out of their pocket, which seemed unfair. I refused to pay for the full service due to the lateness of the delivery. After speaking with the manager, I was advised to only pay for one pizza. However, the subsequent delivery person insisted on being compensated for all 5, citing their connections. I felt pressured into paying for all 5 despite the initial agreement with the manager. This experience has left me questioning the trustworthiness of placing future orders.

I ordered stuffed cheese bread with jalapenos and bacon, along with a medium pizza with Italian sausage and extra sauce. Unfortunately, what I received was cheese bread without jalapenos or bacon, along with a burnt cheese pizza with very little sauce and no sausage at all. I believe I am entitled to a refund since what I received was far from my order, missing the crucial meat toppings that are the main reason for ordering from Domino's.

I placed an order at 5:45 p.m., and the estimated delivery time was [redacted]-[redacted] minutes. My order remained in the "Prep" phase the entire time, and it didn't arrive. I called the store at around 7:45 p.m. to inquire about the delay, and they informed me that the delivery wait time was 3-4 hours. I requested to cancel the order and mentioned that I had used a gift card for payment but had disposed of it. The store representative abruptly said, "Your order is canceled," and then ended the call.

I ordered a pizza on 12/27, received a delivery notification, but the pizza was not at my porch when it said it was delivered. After attempting to contact the store several times without success, a family member went to the store as a last resort, and right as they were leaving, the pizza arrived. However, I was unable to speak to anyone at the store or a supervisor despite multiple call attempts. I am frustrated and would like to speak to a higher-up regarding this issue promptly.

I placed order #[redacted], and it's been stuck on "Checking for quality" since 9:51 pm without any indication that the store was closed. Unfortunately, my pizza never arrived. After speaking with the manager, Robert, the pizza was finally sent out without any apology or attempt to make the situation right. As a loyal Domino's customer, I'm disappointed by the lack of customer service.

Order #[redacted] has not been delivered. It was stuck on ‘quality check’ by Marcus and never arrived. I made several calls, but the line was closed. The next day, when I reached out, nobody was aware that my order had been delivered. I discussed this issue with Robert, a manager, and provided him with the order number. He assured me it would be delivered. It should have been, as the payment was deducted from my bank account. However, there was no apology or offer to rectify the situation. This lack of customer service is disappointing.

I've had multiple issues with my pizza deliveries where my pizza is consistently overcooked, despite my specific request for otherwise. Today, not only was my pizza overcooked, but it was also cold. I contacted the manager, who initially agreed to send me a fresh pizza as a replacement. However, after waiting for nearly an hour and following up, I was informed that the replacement was denied. When I finally reached the manager again, he denied ever agreeing to replace my pizza, which was clearly a lie. Considering that phone calls are recorded, I am disappointed by the mistreatment and unprofessional behavior displayed by the manager. This recurring problem of overcooked pizzas and poor customer service needs to be addressed at this location.

I placed a mobile order with Domino's on 12/26/[redacted] at the Brooklyn Center location. I was quite disappointed with the service as it took them about five hours to reach out to me. Despite ordering at 6:58 pm, they only called me at 11:06 pm from the mobile number [redacted] to inform me that they had arrived. This call came long after my nephew's 4th birthday party was over, and everyone had left. The lack of empathy from the person on the phone was frustrating. He didn't inquire about what I wanted to do with the food or if I preferred a refund. My order totaled $76.

On 01/04/[redacted] at 8:56 pm, I placed an order (Order #[redacted]) at Store #[redacted] which arrived late at 10:17 pm. The food was lukewarm, requiring me to reheat the pizza and chicken. Furthermore, both pasta dishes were unsatisfactory - the chicken alfredo lacked chicken and the marinara sauce was overpowering, burying the pasta underneath. Upon contacting the store, I was informed they were low on ingredients and tried to stretch the order without notifying me. I have been a loyal customer of Domino's for over 30 years. It is the only pizza chain I order from. I have had issues three times in a row using the Domino's app at my local store. Despite paying with gift cards or my debit card, the delivery drivers claim I owe the full amount upon delivery. I have contacted the store manager, but no action has been taken to resolve this problem. The manager seemed indifferent to my situation. This has been incredibly disappointing, especially as I am pregnant and craving Domino's. It's unfair to be double-charged and then have my paid-for food taken away. Tonight around 10:36pm, I ordered carry-out from Domino's Pizza in Franklin, IN using PayPal. Despite receiving an email confirming my pick-up window of 10:45-10:55pm, I was shocked to get a call at 10:40pm saying they were closed and couldn't fulfill my order. The manager was dismissive, refusing to offer a refund or any solution other than voiding the order. After multiple hang-ups, I finally spoke with Jan, who confirmed the void and apologized for the manager's behavior. Kaled, the unhelpful manager, lacked basic customer service skills and dealt with the situation poorly. I understand the closing time confusion, but the rude treatment soured my experience. I urge them to update the website to prevent late orders and remind the manager about delivering better customer service. This encounter has left me disappointed and unlikely to order from Domino's Pizza again anytime soon. It was a rather unpleasant experience.

I ordered 2 medium pizzas with the 2 for $5.99 coupon and added a $0.75 garlic dipping sauce online due to COVID restrictions. The total shown before tax was $12.73. Upon pick up, I received 4 pizzas and 2 sauces instead of my order. When I questioned this, I was told the total was $57.87, significantly higher than expected. Despite mentioning the coupon, I was advised online orders sometimes miscalculate. They offered to add 2 free medium pizzas to compensate, but this wouldn't cover the extra cost. When I requested a refund due to the overcharge, I was informed it wasn't possible because I paid online. I reluctantly accepted the order, but I am displeased with the situation. It was unprofessional and concerning. I suggested my order should have a discount for the tardiness, but was informed the foul language used was not from the manager. This behavior is unacceptable, as they risk negative evaluations from potential secret shoppers. The mix-up in identifying my order, initially as carryout instead of delivery, was another issue. When the delivery finally arrived, the driver's nonchalant attitude was disappointing. I won't be ordering from Domino's again.
