I placed an order for a pizza around 8:05 p.m. on Friday, January 22nd. I tracked the order until 10:00 p.m. and after calling, I was on hold for about 30 minutes. With two hungry kids and just being discharged from the hospital earlier that day, the pizza never arrived. The following day around 11:27 a.m., I called to inquire about my order and the store manager mentioned they were not present the previous night and blamed the delay on being backed up without offering an apology. When I asked for the corporate number, I was provided with it and then promptly hung up on. The incident occurred at the location on [redacted] Beach Blvd in Jacksonville, FL. I am still awaiting an apology. I intend to escalate this issue as necessary.

Last week, I wasn't feeling well so I called Domino's to order a pizza. I requested if they could place it in my trunk due to my uncertain health condition associated with COVID-19. When I arrived, the employee declined rudely and I had no other option. I paid over the phone, but upon picking up my order, the girl unprofessionally placed the pizza on the ground, which I had to retrieve myself. Unfortunately, when I reached home, I found out that the pizza and sandwich were incorrect and not edible. Feeling too unwell to address the issue immediately, I decided to share my disappointing experience now. The treatment I received was unacceptable, and customers should not face such disrespect.

I had trouble submitting an online order, and despite being charged $27.24, the order did not go through. The store confirmed they did not receive it. When I placed the order over the phone, another $27.24 was charged to my card. I am requesting a refund for one of these charges. It was frustrating that it took over an hour to place the order due to long hold times, with three separate holds lasting more than 10 minutes each. The manager refused to speak with me directly and communicated through an employee. They were unable to provide me with the customer service number as requested. I am disappointed with the service I experienced today.

I need assistance with the fact that employees at your Domino's Pizza in Landrum, SC, were not wearing masks when I visited on 1/27/[redacted] at 5:22 PM. Out of five employees, only two were wearing masks properly during the brief 5 minutes I was there. The other three had no masks on, not even around their necks.
Given the severity of the pandemic, I feel the need to address this issue. I rarely complain, but with the current situation, it is crucial. Having lost a neighbor to the virus and being at risk myself, proper precautions are essential. I suspect the three employees without masks may have been delivery personnel, heightening the risk of virus transmission.

On January 30, [redacted], I placed a curbside pickup order at Domino's store number [redacted] around 8:58 pm. Despite receiving a text indicating my order was ready when I arrived at 9:15 pm and waited with my hazard lights on, no one brought out my food for 45 minutes. I discovered my food sitting on a metal rack, cold, after going inside. They offered me a free 20 oz soda for the inconvenience, but this is the second time such an issue has occurred at this branch. I believe the lack of professionalism and customer care is evident. With limited space for social distancing and the desire to avoid unnecessary interactions due to COVID-19, I opt for curbside pickup for convenience. However, the experiences have been disappointing, leading me to reconsider using this location for any future orders, be it delivery or pickup.

I placed an order with Dominos and received a confirmation email. I've been waiting outside for over 45 minutes. If the order was not going to be delivered, the Vineyard Ave restaurant in Oxnard should have called. As I write this complaint, it's exactly 2 am. I am a loyal customer, but I have consistently been disappointed with the service at this location. The customer service here is disrespectful and borders on being described as horrible.

Hello, I recently ordered from Food Panda at Domino's Putra Perdana. I ordered a Meatasaurus large with cheese burst crust and a Veggie Fiesta Regular with crunchy thin crust. I contacted the store on West Avenue in Conyers, Georgia, to request a refund for an unsatisfactory pizza delivery. The food was inedible, cold, and tasted bad as if it had been sitting out all day. I ordered food on Saturday, February 20, [redacted]. Two items were correct, but one item was missing. Despite my attempts to contact them by phone, I was unable to reach a manager. The Dominos on [redacted] Hwy in Raytown has consistently failed to address customers' concerns. I placed an order today, February 28, at 2:11 pm for a total of $31.58. I ordered 8 pieces of plain chicken, 8 pieces of habanero chicken, a classic salad, and a 20 oz Coke. After waiting for an hour, I called and was informed there was a 2-hour waiting period for online orders. Despite waiting longer, I was told online that my order had been delivered at 5 pm, but I had not received anything. I contacted the Hearne/Hollywood store and requested my food or a refund back to my card. Waiting for seven working days is too long for me as I do not have any extra money to spare, especially when I am hungry and unable to leave. Being 71 years old, ordering from Domino's is my main way of getting food since I am just 5 blocks away. I have included my order information below. My credit card was charged for the amount you see below, but upon delivery, the order was incorrect. I informed the driver, and I was assured that the money would be refunded to my credit card. Speaking to the manager over the phone, I received the same response. Today, when I inquired about the issue as the money had not been refunded and the driver even took the food back, the worker who claimed to be the manager was rude and hung up on me. I had a terrible experience with the service in Salem, Indiana. The manager repeatedly hung up on me about five times, and there were issues with my order. I recently received very disappointing service from the store at [redacted] (store [redacted]). After speaking with a young lady who said she cancelled my order, I was directed to speak with the manager, Ben. Upon speaking with him, I felt rudely treated and accused of lying. Despite giving Ben my call back number multiple times and providing the order number [redacted] from my email, he insisted there was no such order. Feeling frustrated, I mentioned coming to the store with my husband, who is a police officer, to report the incident. However, Ben abruptly hung up on me. When I reached out to customer support, the female representative was also unhelpful and seemed disengaged, only typing away on her computer. Respectful and caring customer service goes a long way in promoting a positive image for a business.

I started working at Domino's on March 14th at the Osage Beach store, as promised, making pizza with the potential to become a manager. Within a month, issues arose as the hiring manager, Autumn, seemed to favor those she knows personally. During my shift, I was sidelined from work and felt bullied by Autumn and another manager, Eliza. When inquiring about a transfer to another store, Eliza abruptly informed me via text that I no longer had a job after I left early due to lack of tasks. The work environment was also concerning, with inconsistent mask-wearing, unfair tip distribution, and personal belongings policy. I expressed my willingness to work and help but was met with unjust treatment, leading to my termination. I seek resolution for these unjust actions and wish to be transferred to the Lake Ozark office. Should this matter not be addressed promptly, I will seek legal action for discrimination and mistreatment at work.
