On Thursday, November **st, **** I placed an order online and paid with my debit card. My husband went into the Domino's here in Okmulgee, Ok. to pick up our order and was charged again. When I call the store the person on the phone tried to tell me that my payment online did not go thru and the I must have entered the wrong zip code, mind you I was looking at my bank account and it was showing a pending charge for Domino's and we were looking at my husband's bank account and his too had a pending charge for the exact same amount. Then I was told they would have to submit a form to the bank to see what was actually charged. I told him he did not sound like he knew what was talking about, that I wanted to speak to the Manager, he said the Manager was too busy and that had about ** pizzas to make. After about *-* minutes of holding the line the Manager came on the line, asked for the last * digits of my husband's card and confirmed the were double charged for our order and that it would take * days for it to be credited to his account. This is totally unacceptable and looks really bad on Domino's. And as I type this email his $**.** is still pending on his account.**Janneth Cheadle-Ware
