Help with my Domino's Pizza issue

I ordered the St. Judes special for delivery at *:** P.M. from your location on State St. in Saginaw. At that, time the staff that answered the phone stated there was one driver and it would be a little over an hour. I told her that was fine. At *:** pm I still had not received the order and called to confirm that there wasn't an issue The staff told me that the order wasn't placed until *:** pm which is incorrect, it is time stamped on my phone. The staff at that time told me the pizza was coming out of the oven and would be delivered shortly. At *:** still no order. I called back again and spoke with Aaron, he told me that the order was on its way and that my order would not be charged. The delivery address is approx. * miles from the store. At *:** (now * hours out) I called back and this time spoke with Andy who stated he was just on his way out the door with my order. When I asked for clarification because I was told it was already on it's way. His response was "if you are going to be rude I am just going to cancel your order." Now it is *pm *my son is still waiting for the order and I am told it is going to be another half an hour at least. I ordered this from Traverse City for my son in Saginaw whose truck is unfortunately not running tonight so pick up was not an option. I manage several hospital sites and the way your staff spoke to a customer on the phone represented poor customer service. If they had known it was going to be * *** hours for an order they should have been up front. I would have ordered from somewhere else . Instead, I was continually told it is on it's way. If this is an indication of how orders are handled, I will not order from your company again.
