Help with my Domino's Pizza issue

The issue in GetHuman3671357's own words
Yesterday, ********* at approximately **:** pm, I went to the Domino's Pizza store, located at **** Broadway, Brooklyn, NY *****, to purchase a pizza. There were no menus and no signs of the type of pizzas available. I asked Shawn why there is no way to determine the type of pizzas available and he said "we don't have menus" with a nasty attitude. Shawn was a dark-skinned African American man about *' **'. As a result, I purchased a basic small pizza, which came out to $**.**. I made this purchase with my Capital One credit card. When I tried to insert the card in the credit card machine, he said the machine was not working and took my credit card, punched in the information and handed the card back. He did not give me a receipt and did not ask me to sign anything. I sat down and began examining the store. At which point I noticed a chalkboard in an obscured location with chalk writing indicating that the manager's special (a large pizza with one topping for $*.** with tax $**.**). I immediately went to the counter and informed Shawn that I wanted this special and asked why this chalkboard was in a location that couldn't be immediately seen by customers. I also asked why he didn't inform me of this special when I asked for a menu and list of the pizzas available. With an attitude, he said, "the sign is posted." I asked to change the small pizza for the special and he said he could not do that because the small pizza was being prepared. I asked him to cancel the order, refund my money and that I was no longer interested in purchasing any pizza from this store. He said he could not cancel the order and I informed him that by law I have a right to cancel an order. He started typing on a keyboard with a very disrespectfully, hostile attitude and facial expression and then said the order was canceled. I asked him for a receipt confirming the cancellation and he said he could not give me a receipt. I again informed him that I have a right by state law to receive a receipt. He said he could not give me a receipt, because the machine did not make receipts. I asked to see the screen showing that the order was canceled. He turned the screen and pointed out the order. He had a piece of paper in his hand that came out of a printer after he claimed the order was canceled. I asked to see the paper and then I took a photo of it (the order * was ******). At this point, I asked him for his name because he did not have on a name tag and he told me it was "Shawn" and I left the store. I looged into my Capital One account and the purchase was canalled. The following morning, I examed my Capital One account again and noticed the cancellation notation was no longer there. The action requested, is *) return my $**.*** *) get sales representatives that are respectful* *) post menus in your stores that allow customers to see what items are available* *) get a credit card machine that works, so that customers do not have to place their credit cards in hostile people's hands that may result in the criminal misusing that information* *) require your employees to wear name tags* and *) fire Shawn because he has a serious attitude problem that should not be a part of Dominos. I say this because I worked for Domino's Pizza decades ago as a Delivery Driver and this is not the type of person who should be working at this iconic store.
