My wife and I ordered from the Dominos Pizza off Lincoln Ave in the city of Escondido, CA. The pizza tracker stated my pizza arrived but we waited outside for about * minutes and there was no pizza. I called the store and the manager by the name of “Ricardo” told me the driver was * minutes away from my house. Ricardo told me to check the order and if the pizza was incorrectly made, to call back. **After about another hour of waiting to hear back, Ricardo told me that they were just making my order. That’s unacceptable to lie that your driver is close to delivering my order, that the pizza tracker on the mobile app stated my pizza had arrived. Then lie after * hours that the store was short on drivers and therefore the food was not made in a timely manner. **Poor customer service to lie about the food being near my home and lie about just making the pizza * hours after it was ordered. We had to tell Ricardo * times we wanted a refund and no longer wanted the pizza.
