I have registered a complaint through Resolver with case number RES[redacted] regarding a delivery order numbered [redacted]63. The delivery was made on 9/3/[redacted] from Domino's on Waterloo Road in FY4 4BW. Despite escalating the issue twice, I have received no response from Domino's. Upon receiving the delivery, I found the wedges to be undercooked and cold. After spending over £40 on my order, I contacted the store to complain. Despite being promised a fresh batch of well-cooked wedges, the replacement was even worse. When I spoke to the supposed manager, Denish, I was met with rudeness and felt offended. Due to the poor service, I had to walk 1.3 miles to return the wedges as I couldn't drive because of medication. To my disappointment, Denish had misrepresented himself as a manager. I demanded a refund, walked back home, and felt dissatisfied with the service and treatment received. I seek an apology for the subpar service, an acknowledgment of the staff's dishonesty, and compensation for my time and distress caused. I've exhausted other channels for resolution and now turn to you in hopes of finally addressing this mistreatment.

We made an order from the store located at [redacted] Main St, Brockton, MA [redacted] with order #[redacted]. Around 9 pm, we started getting calls from the delivery driver who was having trouble finding our address. I clarified the correct address on Winnifred Rd, not N. Winnifred Rd as mentioned by the driver. Despite this, the driver insisted they were on N. Winnifred Rd and refused to deliver to our actual address. The calls continued between [redacted] pm and [redacted] pm as the driver sought directions to our home. By 9:20 pm, well over an hour after placing the order at 8:06 pm, the driver finally arrived. Unfortunately, when we sat down to eat, the pizza and wings were cold and unappetizing. We had to throw them away and ended up driving to a nearby fast-food burger joint as we were all tired and hungry. Upon returning and tucking our kids into bed around 10:25 pm, I reached out to the store to request a refund or a re-delivery at no extra charge. The manager was initially difficult to communicate with and questioned the validity of my complaint. Eventually, albeit reluctantly, he agreed to process the refund.

Dear Sir, As a loyal customer of Domino's for the past 20 years, I have always enjoyed your service. However, I must express my disappointment with the recent service I received at the Kopar Khairane outlet. My order, consisting of 3 chicken wings, 1 chicken fiesta pizza, and 2 Choco lava cakes, was delivered 20 minutes late, causing distress to my younger brother who had been eagerly waiting for his meal. Despite the repeated late deliveries in the past, I have been understanding. This time, I requested the pizza for free as per the 30 minutes or free policy, but Mr. Vipul, the manager, rudely denied my request. I am shocked by the unprofessional and unethical manner in which I was treated after being a loyal patron. The lack of accountability for the delayed order and the dismissive attitude towards my concerns were unacceptable. I expect a reasonable response to this incident and hope for a better customer experience in the future. I attempted to contact the helpline but received no assistance. Sincerely, Ekta Singh

I have noticed a pattern where it takes an excessive amount of time, ranging from 45 minutes to nearly 2 hours, for my orders to arrive from the Domino's location near Aldergrove Village in Aldergrove, BC. Despite the store being only 10 minutes away, the delivery times have been consistently slow, even though we are regular customers. Today, we placed an order at 4:58 pm with an estimated delivery time of 26-36 minutes. However, as I am writing this at 6:18 pm, the pizzas have not arrived yet. This ongoing issue is frustrating, and if it persists, we may have to reconsider ordering from this store in the future.

Hello, my name is Otisha Starnes from Fresno, CA. I am a customer in the Fresno, CA area. I recently received an order from your Kingscannon location and unfortunately suffered from food poisoning. I spent a total of $26 on 2 medium pizzas, chicken Alfredo, and hot wings. The wings were prepared much quicker than the estimated 20 minutes for my carry-out order. My order number was 9C9YM8LF. I woke up the next day with severe stomach pains, gas, and diarrhea, leading me to seek medical attention at Community Regional Hospital where I was diagnosed with food poisoning. I am disappointed as pizza is a main choice for dining out for my family. I have contacted the Kingscannon location, but their employees did not provide helpful assistance. After spending half a day in the emergency room, I believe my family and I should be compensated for our suffering and refunded the full amount of $26. I still have the pizzas at home and have yet to speak with a supervisor from the Kingscannon branch about this issue.

I recently ordered $17 worth of food from Domino's in Martinsburg, WV. Unfortunately, the two subs I ordered were burnt to a crisp, including the cheese. When I spoke to the manager, Alex, he explained that they were cooked in a [redacted]-degree oven. He offered to credit the amount I paid back to my account. Later, when I tried to use the credited amount to order free food, I was told I still owed $10.99. I was confused as I had paid $17.99, but only $3.48 was deducted for the delivery charge. The manager, Alex, provided a free pizza valued at $5.99. I have the final receipt for the $17.99 payment, and I believe I should have received a full credit. Can you advise me on the next steps to resolve this issue?

I made an online order at 10:30 p.m. and it still hasn't arrived by 11:40 p.m. When I tried calling the store before they closed at midnight, no one picked up until 12:10, just to say "we're closed" and hung up. This is the third or fourth time this has happened, with previous orders not arriving even when placed earlier in the evening. I never receive my food, and the employees never bother to notify me if they are not fulfilling my order. It's frustrating because now all other restaurants are closed, and I'm left without food. Thank you.

I ordered wings on Thursday, April 4th at [redacted] Central Avenue in Capitol Heights at 12:00 PM. After being told it would take 45 minutes for delivery, it actually took two hours. As I had to return to work, I had to cancel the order due to their extreme delay. When I requested an immediate refund to my card, I was informed it would take three to five business days, which is unacceptable. I have attempted to contact them at [redacted], but they have not been answering or returning my calls despite leaving my cell phone number. I am frustrated and seeking assistance from someone higher up to ensure a prompt refund to my card.

We have encountered recurring issues with our Domino's orders from the [redacted] W. Oregon Ave. store in South Philadelphia. Despite being fans of the thin crust pizza, bread twists, and garlic sauce, we've faced consistent problems with missing items, particularly the garlic sauce we pay extra for. Despite communication efforts and leaving notes, our recent order resulted in missing items and receiving the wrong pizza. Upon contacting the store, the manager offered to replace the items, but it was late, and we declined. Later, there was an unexpected delivery attempt for the missing item. We understand mistakes can happen, but the ongoing issues at this location are concerning compared to experiences at other Domino's stores. We believe addressing these concerns and possible compensation for the inconvenience would be appropriate. Thank you for reviewing our feedback.

Please address the inappropriate behavior of the manager at store [redacted] towards a young female staff member. This includes making sexual comments and inappropriate physical contact in front of customers. The staff member's name seems to be Érica, but the manager's name is unknown. He appeared to be aged between 25-35 with visible tattoos. Additionally, there is concern about employees displaying tattoos with suggestive imagery while at work. As a customer with young children, I found this inappropriate and do not wish for my children to be exposed to such images. The overall situation at store [redacted] is concerning, and I hope that the individual responsible for these actions is not the owner or general manager.

I reside near the Dominos on Portage and Sherburn in Winnipeg, Manitoba. With the spring thaw, a significant amount of Dominos garbage becomes exposed, including napkins, bags, and food packaging. My spouse diligently cleans up this mess daily with a garbage picker. I believe Dominos should take responsibility for this litter. They could hire someone to manage the cleanup or provide residents with garbage claws to assist in maintaining cleanliness. I am merely a 32-year-old individual, concerned about the environment for future generations and troubled by the excessive garbage from your establishment.

I experienced an issue at Dominos in Victorville, California, on Bear Valley and Hesperia Rd. My credit card was declined despite working fine at other locations. Dominos staff refused to try the card in another terminal, making me feel accused of using a bad card. To prove the card's validity, I went to Pizza Hut across the street, successfully made a purchase, and returned to Dominos. Even after showing them the card worked, they were unhelpful and only offered to try again without guaranteeing it would work. Ultimately, I had to buy a more expensive pizza elsewhere due to this inconvenience and poor customer service. This experience left me disappointed and led me to take my business elsewhere.

I received a coupon via email today for "Any large specialty pizza" for only $1. However, when I tried to use it during checkout, it only deducted $3 from the total of $15.99. I visited the restaurant to inquire about the issue, but the manager claimed he had never seen the coupon before. Despite it clearly stating $1, he insisted it was only a $3 discount and refused to honor it. I am concerned about how many others may have been led to believe the same by Domino's. I am adamant about receiving my large specialty pizza for the promised price. My experience was at the Apple Avenue Domino's in Muskegon, MI, and I still have the email with the coupon.

Hi, my name is Carol. I made an order at Domino's located at [redacted] W. Wisconsin Ave, Milwaukee, WI [redacted] from store no. [redacted] on April 10, [redacted]. I requested delivery, but the driver asked me to pick up the order instead. As I couldn't leave my desk at Milwaukee Area Technical College, I asked him to cancel the order. Despite my request to bring it up, the driver declined and took the order back. I called the store # [redacted] to confirm the cancellation of my order totaling $34.74 with order # [redacted]. The items included 1 8 pc sweet mango habanero wings for $6.99, 1 16 pc Parmesan Bread Bites for $2.99, 1 garlic bread twists for $5.99, 1 8 pc BBQ wings for $6.99, and 1 stuffed cheesy bread with spinach & feta for $5.99, including delivery charges and taxes. The manager stated that the driver has the discretion on delivery locations. I expressed my disappointment and decided not to order from Domino's again, informing my colleagues as well. It was disheartening as a loyal customer to be refused delivery, and I believe the driver's behavior was rude.

I had a disappointing experience with Domino's at [redacted] Clarks River Road in Paducah, Kentucky. After ordering a pizza online and receiving it with a missing piece, I called the store to report the issue. Unfortunately, I was put on hold for 10 minutes and then hung up on by the manager. When I called back, the staff member informed me that there was nothing they could do and that the pizza was fine when it left the store. Despite explaining that the pizza was not in good condition upon arrival, I was met with unhelpful responses. I was even denied the names of the staff members I interacted with, and I felt mistreated and unsafe about consuming the pizza. This experience has left me disappointed and dissatisfied with the service provided by Domino's.

I'm John Reynolds, and on April 9th, at 9:14 PM, I ordered a pizza from the Domino's store at [redacted] Elvis Presley Boulevard in Memphis, Tennessee. My order number was [redacted] and was told it would arrive in 20 to 25 minutes. After not receiving it by 10 PM, I called and was informed that the driver was on the way. By 10:45 PM, I called again, and was advised the delivery was en route. The staff on the phone seemed unhappy with my calls, which I found rude. The pizza arrived at 10:55 PM; the driver, who was the only one working, apologized for the delay. Upon opening the pizza, I found it to be overcooked with a hard crust. As a regular patron of Domino's, I was disappointed with the service.

Recently, I placed an order online and encountered an issue. After contacting the store in Mason City, IA, I spoke with an employee who transferred me to a manager named Alfred. Despite explaining my situation, Alfred initially refused to help and became confrontational. When I requested to speak to his superior, Alfred claimed to be the highest authority. Eventually, he relented but warned me about future incidents. Feeling uneasy about his behavior, I questioned if he was issuing a threat. I value the service and loyalty my family and I have shown as regular Domino's customers, even during our time in Saudi Arabia. I am disappointed by the unprofessional conduct of the manager at this branch and wish to address this recurring issue with higher management. If necessary, I can be reached at [redacted].

I usually wouldn't complain, but I'm tired of the messed up orders from Domino's. I enjoy their pizza, but it's frustrating when simple orders aren't done correctly. For example, receiving just bread without marinara when I ordered breadsticks with marinara for delivery is disappointing. Two weeks ago, I ordered pizzas online for pickup, received a message saying they were ready, but when I arrived, they hadn't even started making them. The staff claimed they were in the oven, but after 45 minutes, I found out they had not even begun. I've experienced other issues with their service too. Despite my family liking Domino's, I'm considering giving up on them because the basic customer service at my local stores is not good. - X Customer

I placed an order for 2 pizzas through the Domino's app for delivery. Due to the rainy weather, I decided to switch the order to takeout. After contacting the store, the wait time was adjusted to 45 minutes to an hour. Despite my son picking it up promptly, there were delays, and he was informed of an additional 10-minute wait upon arrival. To my dismay, the pizza was not ready as initially indicated. Subsequently, I received a message stating that the pizza had just entered the oven, causing further frustration. The order was placed around 12:15, leading my son to request a cancellation and refund by 2 pm. The inconvenience was evident as I resorted to having McDonald's instead.

On April 13, [redacted], at 8:11 pm, I placed an order online. By 9:00 pm, the tracker indicated it was on its way. When the pizza did not show up, I called at 9:22 pm to inquire. The restaurant on [redacted] Connelley Dr, Ste [redacted], Hanover, MD, [redacted], explained they were behind on deliveries. Though a young man initially tried to assist, Danielle later answered and was extremely rude, shouting that they could reprocess the order but it would take 2 hours for delivery and offered a credit. Despite explaining I needed to feed my four kids, I was met with more rudeness before Danielle abruptly hung up. Such behavior is unacceptable in customer service, regardless of order volume. It's concerning when someone with such unprofessional conduct is handling food orders.
