We placed a Delivery Order on Saturday March *, **** CSA said ETA for our food would be **-** minutes. At almost an * *** later our delivery still hasn't went out, I asked to speak to GM and agent said"he was too busy to speak to me" , which I thought was very unprofessional and rude. Finally, ** minutes later, our food arrived. As we opened our food, we noticed our subs were not only soggy, but cold, too. And our lava cake was hard and also cold. Since the GM wouldn't take our call, I decided to contact corporate office in hopes of resolution of our delivery & and order issues. Please advise, as I'm looking forward to your response in a timely manner.
