Good Morning. I ordered some Pizza on ********* at the Canton Domino's Store number **** Order number ******. I will get straight to the point with this. I received the worst customer service I have ever encountered. When I ordered the pizza, the young lady that answered was Very friendly and I appreciated that. I ordered a Large Pizza and asked for cheese and peppers for the pizza (last time I ordered the pizza, it didn't come with cheese and peppers. The deliver guy stated I would have to let them know when I order so he can bring them. I understood and it made sense). This time I made sure to ask for cheese and peppers and the young lady said sure, no problem. when the pizza arrived at my hotel room, my fianc* answered the door and accepted the pizza leaving the gentleman a very nice tip. When I walked up to get a slice, much to my surprise, I see ONE packet of cheese and ONE packet of peppers. I immediately called the Domino's store back to find out what happened and why I only got * of each. the gentleman stated in a very rude way, " that is all you ordered, it says it right here on the order, * packet of each and that is why the driver only got * of each". I advised him I never said I just want * packet of each, that would be dumb since it is a LARGE pizza. he said, that is what you ordered so the driver did right. He was not very customer service oriented at all, actually quite the opposite. This was the most disappointed feeling I have ever had with a Domino's. I do order Domino's quite a bit and I hope you can make this situation right and have a stern talk with those folks. As I do understand, these packets cost money, it is never ok to assume that if I ask for cheese and peppers for a large pizza, I'm not asking for just * packet of each.. that is insane and very rude for them to make that assumption and basically ruin someone's dinner. To top it off, the pizza was a burned around the edges and a bit cold. I can understand the cold being that it was extremely cold that night. That I can look past. Please make this right..
