Good evening, **I placed an order **** and was advised per your website that it would be delivered in **-** minutes. After waiting almost an hour I used the tracker which said the pizza was delivered. **I called the store and asked to speak to a member of management. The young man who answered asked me what I needed and I explained that I was waiting for a pizza delivery and the tracker said it was delivered. He advised that the driver had two other pizzas and should be here soon. I again asked to speak to a member of management as telling me my order was combined with another order and there’s was possibly delivered First was unacceptable. **Unfortunately, Cathy answered the call with an attitude. When I explained to her my concern she responded with “I ONLY HAVE THREE DRIVERS.” When she raised her voice at me I asked for her store managers name and she advised it was Jordan. I again stated that your tracker stated the pizza was delivered and I hadn’t seen it. I advised I would give Jordan a call since she was unable to assist me. **She then responded with “WELL TAKE IT UP WITH HER AND TELL HER I NEED SOME MORE DRIVERS” and hung up in my face! I have been a customer of Dominoes for YEARS and have NEVER received such horrible customer service. To make matters worse, when the driver finally brought my pizza, it was wrong and Luke warm at best. I ordered two pizzas and mild wings with no sauce. However I received plain wings with blue cheese. I have never eaten plain wings and chose not to have them tonight, so I pretty much bought them for nothing. **I spent my entire day traveling and when I finally got home my only thought was how hungry I was and how tired I was. When your first meal is at *pm it’s quite disheartening for it to be inaccurate and cold. Assistant Manager Cathy definitely needs a refresher on proper customer service skills bc at no point was I abrasive or angry with her and in no way did I deserve to be talked to in that manner nor is it ever acceptable to hang up in a paying customers face. **I drafted this email the night it happened but have been unable to find an email address to send it to and both *****@***.com and *****@***.com bounced back undeliverable
