Store ****** **** David Dr* Metairie, LA ****** (***) ***-******Placed order online *:**pm *-**-** for carryout--large thin crust pepperoni . Arrived at store *:**pm. Pizza used to be ready in **-** minutes when ordered before dinner rush. I could see drive thru line backed up so figured store was having problems once again. Parked and went inside. Waited about * min to be acknowledged. Said I was picking up carryout order. Mary Ellen (general manager) finally found order in system and said she would start making the pizza now--around *:**pm cdt. I asked why the delay and she said she waved her hands in air and said "its only us" obviously under staffed. She proceeded towards pizza making line and proceeded to ask me if I "needed" a job. I said no, to make my pizza. She copped an attitude and said she had to wait on customers---customers were waiting all right--for pizza production. I said "no, make my pizza". She walked off and I asked for corporate phone, store number and her name. She said to be sure to use "E" in Ellen pointing to her name on her shirt. Then said she was cancelling my order and called me a "bully" and I told her she does not know what customer service is. I do not appreciate being called a bully when all I asked for was to have Mary Ellen stop talking and make my pizza.**This location has repeated problems with timely pizza production. **I want an apology from Mary Ellen!!
