I have a Santa gig coming up next week for ** children. I ordered ** plush toys from your website , October ** and was told my estimated delivery is October **, when I checked the order status after receiving my order confirmation number. On the **th I checked order status again and it was changed to the **th. Today is the **th, order status shows no record of sale. I call customer service and they said they will return my money that was quickly taken from my credit card, even WHERE NO INVENTORY EXISTS. I ordered these the same day I was emailed their xmas catalogue. Why did I not receive an email or call so I could make other plans? Why did I have to call customer service to find out there was a problem with my order? I am very familiar with managed resource inventory and this issue would never happen anywhere. You dropped type ball dollar tree, please make sure my card account is credited. A lump of coal for you! PS: please advise and confirm when my card account has been credited order number is: EC*********
