I just left your store leaving well over *** order on the belt and walked out.Due to a rude disrespectful sales clerk Kia or Kim and the her Ast Mgr. Alexis. I have been shopping in this club for several years and it has always been a pleasure. However lately due to managerial changes the store has gone down hill. The shelves are not stocked with inventory in boxes in the aisle making it difficult to shop. There was a large line and I was waiting for quite awhile due to a customer getting balloons. Finally a young woman came out and instead of asking the person with the balloons to go to wait by the person filling the ballons she just stood there. Not helping or moving the traffic along. I said to her come take the register inorder to move the line along. She told me she was the MGR. which she is not and if I didnt like it I could leave. So I did. This young girl should not be in charge of anything since she doesnt understand how to treat a customer. I will not shop here again since there are plenty of establishments that care about their customers. Extremly Disappointed
