I had a terrible experience at the North Broadway store in Lexington, KY. The manager there was extremely unprofessional, using foul language, threats, and gestures towards me in front of other customers. I was appalled by their behavior and lack of respect. If anyone has had a similar experience, please contact me at Adler Painting and Remodeling at [redacted]. Thank you in advance for addressing this matter. - Blaine A.

On the 13th, when I attempted to make a payment with my debit card, I encountered processing issues, leading to a significant delay. Due to a long line, I switched my payment method to cash. Later, I realized that the full amount was still deducted from my account, resulting in a double payment.
Despite making two refund requests, I have been unsuccessful. The store's response has been to refer me to their webpage, without resolving the issue. I urge you to promptly address this matter and stop disregarding my legal rights as a customer. The store acknowledged the error but refused to reimburse the wrongly taken money.

I have noticed issues at the Dollar Tree located at [redacted] Boone Village Plaza in Boonville, MO. The employees lack professionalism by not greeting customers or maintaining appropriate behavior. Conversations and inappropriate behavior are prevalent in the store, even from management. My biggest concern is the littering of cigarette butts in the shared parking lot. Despite my complaints, the employees continue to throw them without consideration. This situation is especially concerning as my daughter manages a neighboring store, Factory Connection, whose employees do not engage in this behavior. The littering not only affects the appearance of the parking lot but also poses a risk to neighboring businesses. I urge the corporation to address these issues promptly to uphold a cleaner and more respectful environment for all customers. Thank you for taking this matter seriously.
Signed,
A concerned citizen

I am writing to address an unfortunate experience I had with a sales associate named Jenelle at your store. Upon placing my items on the counter for checkout, Jenelle's lack of action prompted me to inquire about the checkout process, to which she responded dismissively. Throughout the interaction, her dismissive attitude and lack of professionalism were quite evident. Despite my attempts to address the situation, her behavior did not improve, culminating with her disrespectfully tossing my change onto the counter.
As a customer, I expect to be treated respectfully, which was not the case in this instance. I hope that Dollartree's management does not tolerate such behavior from its employees, as Jenelle's demeanor was not appropriate for customer service.
I value my choice to support Dollartree but expect my patronage to be appreciated. I hope to discuss this matter further with someone from the corporate office to address this issue promptly.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the appalling treatment I experienced from a sales associate named Jenelle at your store. My store receipt number is: [redacted][redacted]09.
Upon placing my items on the counter for checkout, Jenelle did not proceed with the transaction until I removed them from my basket myself. When I asked her to move her hair so I could see her name tag, she displayed arrogance in her responses. Refusing to handle my change in adherence to my beliefs, she threw it on the counter disdainfully.
I believe professional conduct and respect are essential in customer service. I hope Dollartree's management does not tolerate such behavior, as it reflects poorly on the company. Jenelle's demeanor was disrespectful and unfit for customer interactions.
I choose to shop at Dollartree, but I expect to be treated with respect. Such rude and unethical conduct should not be overlooked by management. I would appreciate a callback to further discuss this matter.

The Dollar Tree at Burnet & North Loop in Austin, TX has significantly declined in quality. Approximately 2-3 months ago, it turned into more of a warehouse with merchandise disorganized in boxes, making it difficult to navigate the aisles and find items. The Crafts department is the only area that remains somewhat tidy, but even that has suffered recently. Checkout lines consistently have 6 or more customers with wait times extending beyond 20 minutes due to inefficient service. The excessive amount of merchandise and clutter seems overwhelming for both customers and staff, leading to a chaotic and disorganized shopping experience. The store that used to be well-organized and efficient is now struggling, causing loyal customers to rethink their shopping habits.

I have a small business where I create handmade ribbon headbands and jewelry, sourcing most of my supplies from the Dollar Tree in Indio, CA on Jackson Street. I am a regular customer there and even known by name by the manager, Scottie, and other employees. Recently, I visited the store to exchange some items I had purchased, and despite having receipts, I was accused of stealing by a man who claimed to be off duty. Despite explaining my situation and being a regular customer, I was asked to leave the store, feeling intimidated and upset. During this encounter, I also noticed that my antique 14k gold pocket watch, a valuable family heirloom, had gone missing. Feeling distressed and unable to contact customer service due to email and phone issues, I am reaching out for help in resolving this situation. If possible, please reach out to me at [redacted].

I visited Store [redacted] at [redacted] SW 8 St, Miami, Florida, [redacted] today. Unfortunately, the store was quite disorganized. The cashier at the exit couldn't speak English well, which I found disrespectful. I noticed an employee named Jonathan, who has been with the company for 5 years, is only making $8.39 per hour, despite his dedication and knowledge of the store. There were hygiene issues, including black mold in the men's bathroom and near the eggs in the refrigerator section. I believe these need immediate attention for health reasons. The district manager, Ray, seems ineffective, and the new store managers lack respect for their employees and customers. I urge the company to address these concerns promptly to avoid further complaints to the Better Business Bureau. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Concerns with Dollar Tree Store
I have noticed a decline in the Dollar Tree store in my area since May and June of this year. What used to be a well-stocked store with attentive staff has now become a place with consistently empty shelves and lax employee behavior. It gives the impression that the store might be closing down soon due to mismanagement.
The employees seem more interested in socializing near the storage room rather than maintaining the store. I urge someone from Dollar Tree Corporate to visit the store at [redacted] Monument Road, Philadelphia, PA 19[redacted], Store #[redacted], to address these issues promptly. As a concerned and loyal customer, I hope this matter is resolved before it's too late.
Thank you,
A Caring Patron

I purchased a bag of Premier Roasted Ground Coffee Vanilla Flavor from a store in Hollister, California. Upon opening the bag that evening to make a cup, I noticed something shiny in my coffee filter. It turned out to be a piece of metal. I unfortunately misplaced the receipt with the merchandise, but I still have the bag and the foreign object. I sent a picture of it through Facebook. This incident has left me quite upset, and I hope to hear back from someone regarding this matter.

My name is Sarah May and I used to work at the Deerfield Beach location on SW 10th Street and Federal Highway. I was wrongfully fired due to a situation I had no control over. Some women came into the store, made a purchase with a check, and when another customer tried to do the same, I couldn't accept it.
The manager then confronted me with an email warning about checks, which I wasn't aware of. The manager claimed I should have known not to take the check, but as it turned out, it was a traveler's check. The lack of communication and failure to inform us of the warning beforehand led to my dismissal.
I reached out to HR, but have yet to receive a response. I am disappointed and frustrated by how this was handled. Please contact me at [redacted] to address this matter promptly.

I need help with my former employment at Dollar Tree. While I was a student, I had to take final exams to graduate. However, my manager terminated me and marked me as ineligible for rehire at Dollar Tree. I repeatedly informed them of my situation and offered to make up for any missed days. Despite graduating, my status remains unchanged. I applied to Family Dollar, passed the hiring test, but it showed I can't work there due to my Dollar Tree status. I don't understand why this is the case. Please contact me at [redacted]. Thank you. - S. Lanier

I want to share my disappointment with the recent treatment my sister received at Dollar Tree in Binghamton, NY. Despite her strong work ethic and willingness to go above and beyond by working even on her days off, she was unfairly written up by her General Manager simply for calling to clarify a question. The Manager displayed a negative attitude towards her, possibly due to working on a holiday. This particular Dollar Tree location has had issues with late openings, with one occurrence resulting in the store not being opened for almost an hour past its scheduled time. This kind of mismanagement reflects poorly on the store and impacts customer service. My sister's previous consideration for a managerial position contradicts the recent write-up, highlighting a disparity in treatment by the General Manager. The lack of respect towards employees makes it clear that changes are needed for better store operations. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Hello, I am a former employee. I recently received my final paycheck and realized that my PTO was not cashed out as required by Minnesota state law when someone is terminated or resigns. Additionally, the store manager at [redacted], Scott Rada, made a statement implying I should focus more on Dollar Tree than my sick mother. This situation has led me to question the company's values. If these issues are not addressed, I will escalate this matter to the BBB and seek legal advice. Feel free to contact me at [redacted] as I don't check my email regularly. Thank you.

I visited Dollar Tree #[redacted] on July 4th and realized I dropped $[redacted] after making a purchase. I informed the manager who was nearby, but when I returned to ask about the money, she claimed not to have seen it and refused to show me the security footage. I called the police, and she told the officer that the cameras were not functioning. It seems strange that almost 20 cameras were all out of order.
Please contact me at [redacted]. I am a restaurant manager, and if the police ever asked to see our cameras, I would cooperate as I have nothing to hide. I find it puzzling that the manager at Dollar Tree would not show the footage to the police officer to verify that the cameras were indeed not working.

Hello, I am Ms. Evelyn Pritchett. I recently visited the Dollar Tree on Grand River Ave near Redford in search of a men's wallet. Unfortunately, I encountered rude behavior from the staff when inquiring about it. It is disheartening when individuals spend their hard-earned money on desired items and are met with thoughtless actions. I believe that someday all the unkindness will come to an end when the Lord Jesus returns. Let us hope for a kinder shopping experience in the future.

I am a regular customer at Dollar Tree in Chattanooga, TN, located at [redacted] Brainerd Rd, Store [redacted]. I recently attempted to exchange an item bought with my debit card, but I was unable to do so as I did not receive receipts for my purchases. This has been the second time I have faced this issue with the store, leading me to keep products I no longer need. The items are in good condition, but they were mistakenly purchased. I feel frustrated being unable to exchange them without a receipt. I even asked if the manager could retrieve my purchase information using my debit card, but I was told they couldn't. I hope someone from the store can assist me in resolving this matter and help me make the exchange I need. Thank you.

I am a frequent shopper at the Dollar Tree on Highway 61 in Villa Rica, GA. Recently, I had a disappointing experience trying to return an item with my receipt. The assistant manager I encountered had a very rude attitude and negative body language, which made me uncomfortable. Despite having my receipt and wanting to exchange a mug, she refused to look at it and even suggested I may have bought the item elsewhere. I even offered to speak with the manager but was asked to return the next day. I tried to address the situation calmly, but she claimed I didn't like her. This behavior has made my visits to the store unpleasant, and I suspect she may have personal issues impacting her job performance. I hope to be able to return the mug I purchased at the Dollar Tree with my receipt. Thank you.

I visited Store [redacted] located at [redacted] Highway 90, Pace, FL 32[redacted], and unfortunately, I had a negative experience with the cashier. She was extremely rude. Despite my request for bags instead of boxes, she forcefully placed the items in bags after initially packing them in boxes. When I asked for a separate bag for my soap products, she refused mentioning a shortage of bags and declined to help. Her response was unsatisfactory, and when I inquired about her name, she provided conflicting information, stating her name was Jen while the receipt displayed the name Paula. Requesting to speak to the manager, she claimed to be the manager, which surprised me due to her improper behavior. Another customer witnessing the incident was so appalled that she left her items and vowed not to return to that Dollar Tree location. This interaction left me feeling mistreated and disappointed, leading me to decide not to patronize that store as long as this cashier remains employed there. - Anita Day

While shopping at Dollar Tree in Abbeville, Louisiana on August 19, [redacted], my daughter and I were browsing when a large white rack, approximately 40 pounds, toppled over from the Coke machine and fell on her. I rushed to help her as she cried out in pain. I completed an accident report while the cashier confirmed the rack was not secured as it should have been. The manager, upon hearing my daughter's screams, quickly moved the rack. Despite being reassured this had never happened before, I felt unsettled. The manager advised me to contact the on-duty manager the next day before 3. After several attempts, we received an incorrect number. My daughter, who is only three years old, sustained bruises and an ankle injury. I have photo evidence, an accident report, and believe in-store cameras will confirm the incident. I am frustrated with the lack of response and the runaround. My case number is #[redacted][redacted].
