I ordered my Dollar shave box on July *nd and I have gotten emails confirming the order and saying that I will get my order in *-* days. After the * days had passed, I looked at the help center and it said that things might come a little later than expected. It has now been ** days and my order has not been shipped and the website said to contact Dollar Shave Club with a concern if it has been **-** days. The live chat is not helpful for my circumstance and emailing is estimated to take another week or so for a response so it isn't very helpful either. I would just like my order and it feels like Dollar Shave Club doesn't see me. I understand it is more difficult given the circumstances or coronavirus but I have never had something take so long to ship out of their estimated shipping time.
