My account was suspended from July -August ** because I needed to update my payment info. Before I made the update I wanted to make changes to my order but, was unable to do so until I made the necessary update. So when I made the update instead of being able to make the changes to my order. Dollar shave club right away charged my account. Pretty clever and real shady! I would prefer a full refund and close my account. But would be willing to settle. I could make the changes to my order and get refunded the difference. Lastly, after I noticed what happened I immediately tried to get in contact with dollar shave club but I was unable to chat with someone because of the time. So I waited until the next day (today ****) and somehow I don't have that option to chat with someone. When accordingly to dollar shave club's app the chat feature only gave specific hours. Did not offer which days customer service is closed. I look forward to a response. * G. Chaco
