First- My daughter called in and gave your company permission to speak to me. Her Rental Record is *********. I initially booked a car through Priceline.com for $**.***day. I googled rental cars at Las Vegas airport to make the reservation. When my daughter finally arrived at the airport after her flight being delayed by down-pouring rain, she was told that the reservation was to pick up at Treasure Island. Since she and her associate had no way to get to Treasure Island before they had to be at the convention center, they had her sign a new rental agreement instead of adjusting the one that she had. The new agreement she was quoted $**.***day, so already the price has doubled. When asked it she wanted to add anything, she said she wanted it set up however the first agreement was. I had waived all of the EXTRAs because we have rental coverage through our policy with USAA. They didn't waive it, even though they had the paperwork, they added every BS charge that they could. They totally took advantage of a young, inexperienced traveler renting her first vehicle. This is unacceptable business practices. She drops back the car tomorrow and I want all of this removed from the bill before she pays. I would hope that you would be embarrassed that something like this happened. We have reservations for a car in Portland, OR in March with you and another for Florida in April. If you are an honorable company, you will make this right. Linda Drennen
