First- my daughter called this morning and gave permission for you to discuss this with me. Rental record ********** for Marisa Johnson. I initially rented one of your vehicles through Priceline for my daughter and her other work associates in Las Vegas. for $**.***day and waived all of the insurance because we have rental insurance through USAA. When I made the reservation I googled Dollar Car Rental Las Vegas Airport. When my daughter arrived, they told her the car was to be picked up at Treasure Island. It's pouring rain, the flight had been delayed over an hour, and she has to get to the Convention Center for registration. They have her fill out another agreement for a car and now quote her $***day. When asked if she wanted anything additional, she told them what ever the first agreement was for - she gave them the paperwork. They took advantage of her and added any and every additional charge that they could. The $*** rental that I originally booked is now costing $***!!! The salesperson totally took advantage of an inexperienced traveler and I want it resolved. I have contacted Priceline and they have submitted an email to Dollar as well, but I want this reported that this occurred. They saw * young, inexperienced women that they took advantage of. This should never happen!!! Linda Drennen
