waited all day for a tow, nobody showed up to tow. I will deal with this tomorrrow again!

Help with my Dollar Rent-A-Car issue

I am beyond upset * frustrated. **I rented a car for * weeks. The wipers were not operative. I replaced the wipers * returned the vechicle to the location I rented it from East ** in NY. They then gave me a replacement car:*own area: ***** **vehicle number: ******* *corolla gray ******I called on **** (I have my phone records * spent a hour speaking to a representative to extend the reservation until Wednesday the **rd. On the **rd I called at *:** spent an hour and * minutes on the phone, and the car reservation was extended to Monday the **th at *:**.**I received call on Thursday the **th saying the car has a "safety " issue and needed to be returned. I was not in NY * was confussed why a car would be rented to me if there was some type of mechanical issue.**The car was vibrating and stalled twice. We recieved two tickets becasue the car would not start and was stalling. The steering appears to be an issue as well. **I called every day to have the car towed. And was told I would have to pay for the tow.**Today I recieved a call from a **** number saying the authroities will be contacted since the vehicle was due back and has not been returned.**Today: I tried on * different times to get the car towed and a replacement- I was hung up twice, told three times they cannot help me, and a manager would be calling me back. The last person I spoke with was Camille at *:**pm. **I will say, that my attorney has advised me to call the police if this is not resolved within the hour. He can be reached at he below telephone number as well. **You are able to review your calls, you will see what I am saying is true.**It is *:**, I have spent a hour on the phone and I have been told a manager will be calling me back. If by **:** pm, I do not hear from anyone- I will be calling the police, This is illegal and having your customer service outsourced is a huge problem. Language and other. **I will not be around tomorrow if you decide to have the vehicle towed. **I will leave the keys at: **I will very dissapointed in your service and expect to be compensated for not using this vehicle, and the two tickets. I drove less than *o miles, as it was not safe. **Thank you
