hi my name is jason moon and I've been trying to get ahold of direct express. My card was either lost or stolen, so therefor I'm trying to get a replacement card but I've waiting for over an hour to speak to a representative through the *-***-***-**** number to see if a card is on its way to the address given. I've been getting the run around. First was a representative was just to verify I was still on SSI and to change my Address from P.O box **** browning, MT. ***** to: *** west main, riverton wyoming and the gentlemen said i was and a repacement card was being sent. So i called again n spoke with a lady and she said the SSA has nothing do with card replacement so she gave me the direct express number and the automated machine directed me to this website. In the long run I've trying for almost two weeks now to speak with someone.
