I contacted Direct express in order to dispute a transaction from ******* in the amount of ***.** payable to DREEDER*, via paypal. I don't use paypal for anything, and I don't have my direct express account linked to anything to do with paypal. I don't recognize the name or number associated with the payment, but I suspect this is fraud perpetrated by a family member(s) who has accessed multiple accounts in the past. There is an additional inquiry that I initiated back in march, for a $**.** payment to victor and spoils of boulder. That investigation credited my account the $**.** and then immediately reversed it. *On ******* I called about the $***.** transaction and have not received the paperwork to follow-thru with that inquiry, and I don't have the number with me now. **A new card was issued during the ******* conversation, but I haven't received it either, as of *******. **And NOW, I've tried reaching someone about these inquiries, and cannot get beyond the prompts when I attempt to get to someone who can look into them. There was no option for me to select to speak to someone, and I suspect that my calls are being intentionally misrouted on my end. I need a way to talk with someone who can look into these fraudulent transactions. I spoke with a woman named Van or Bam or something similar.**So, * fraudulent transactions that need attention, and I need to understand why I don't have the capacity to reach someone at your call center. I've tried multiple times today, and can never connect or get beyond the prompts for pre-recorded info involving the new card, which I still have not received.
