I have issues with my direct tv lately and i have ben talking to technical support because my mini gene was not responding with my remote control. We came to the conclusion that i have a bad remote control. i receive the new remote control today and set up. but i still have the same issues. i decide to run a test. the test show that my mini gene was not connected to the internet. i reconnect the internet on the main gene with my wifi ,i do not if that is the way it was suppose to be or i should have connected thought direct cable after the connection to wifi was successful i got a message that with wifi connection i could get a performance issue code **-***. I run the test again and this time said that the phone line was not connected but i check and it is. i got a message with a code **-***. i do not know how to fix the problem. i still have connecting issues to the mini gene.

GetHuman-jicapine did not yet indicate what DirecTV should do to make this right.
