I have been a customer with Direct tv for over ** years. I have a billing issue and I can't seem to get any who speaks english to help work through this issue. The customer service representative and Supv. IJohn was extremely rude and hung up on me when I asked to speak with his manager. The issue is that I received a recorded call that I owe Direct TV $***.**. Which is incorrect, because I have been paying my bill thur Centurylink every month. I have receipts of payments. I recently requested that my billing be switched to Directv, because I have not had centurylink service for over * years, I was not wanting to have to call them each time I have a question on the Direct tV bill. It makes no sense. However, It appears that Centurylink was not sending Directv my payments. Which is not fault, and out of my control. But Direct TV is billing me for a past due balance of $***.**. This is not my bill. Please contact me
