You can also dispute a charge through the app. Once logged in, look up your ride under Your Trips, select the ride that you wish to dispute, then click "I would like a refund" and then select the reason for the refund request.
The issue in GetHuman-bobstro's own words
For several years I had * receivers with my DirecTV service. When I cancelled my DirecTV service they sent me instructions for returning * receivers. I only had four and was only being billed for four on a month to month basis. I called and was told they agreed I only had four and not to worry about the fifth receiver so I returned the four receivers in my posession. I received another email from DirecTV a few weeks later instructing me to return the fifth receiver. Again I called DirecTV and was told they understood and I did not need to be concerned about the email. Today I received an email invoice from AT&T for not returning the fifth receiver. I can't return something I never had. What can I do to keep them from ruining my credit rating with a bogus charge?
