You can also dispute a charge through the app. Once logged in, look up your ride under Your Trips, select the ride that you wish to dispute, then click "I would like a refund" and then select the reason for the refund request.
The issue in GetHuman-deespera's own words
I am ready to cancel cable. My bill went up again last month. Was $**.**.wentvto $***.**. Talked to a girl, said just send $**.**. I did. She promised that for **:months I will pay that amount!!!! I told her I do not trust you guys. She went on and on.... It's in the computer now and everyone will see it. Well. Friday the *th you sent me a shut off notice. And will be shut off Monday the **th. Well....liars again!!!!!
