Twenty-one great years and poof it is gone!*I moved to Montgomery, Tx. (*** Lake Point Blvd, A***, *****)*End of March my condo got hit with bad weather. Everyone in the three-story building lost service.*After ** calls, and two months later, no service!*Everyone in my condo switched to another provider. I was last to hold out!*So finally after no TV for * months (March and April) I decided to get a different service (Consolidated Communications). *That occurred on May *th, and May *th, had my services disconnected.*On May **, I received a bill for $***.**. Still no service and I am being asked to pay for services that I have not had for over two months. Your Company allowed me to pay $** for the month that I didn't have service.*On top of this, I am being asked to pay off the year remaining on my contract at a rate of $** per month.*Is something wrong with this Picture? *So what would I like for all this wonderful service?**. Credit my account $***.** **. Drop the penalty for a broken contract since it was your company that broke my contract with you.*Martin Urand****-***-******Thank you
