Hello, Sunday May *th I called to bundle Directv and ATT. Your employee, Christian assured me I could have service. **.** install fee. Installation came *** and did a "new install." Not necessary as we have been customers for a long while. Then learned of the **.** fee and going wireless. This was not discussed at all. Then I find out we have two accounts. **:******* and **:********* and are being billed by autopay.THEN I learn you do not service our area with internet. Christian lied to make a sale and I have been in phone chaos. I spent ** hours on the phone last week..talked to ** people, * were supervisors. The last assured me the old account was canceled. If it were cancelled, we would not be getting the Western channel. * Can you help me? I want to cancel the first account. I want a refund on the **.** install fee. I want the Western channel on the new account. I want help securing the ***.** gift card that Christian promised.* Thank you for your time.
