You can also dispute a charge through the app. Once logged in, look up your ride under Your Trips, select the ride that you wish to dispute, then click "I would like a refund" and then select the reason for the refund request.

I closed my DirecTV Now account april * and never received any service from DirecTV NOW. I was told that I would have to pay April anyway because of the billing cycle. I paid $**.** for no service just to END any questions. On May **, I learned that DirecTV NOW had auto deducted another $ **.**. This is egregious. Why am I being charged and who authorized the auto deduct? This is a serious matter. I must insist on hearing from you promptly. I was told by a DirecTV supervisor that I would get a call back in a few minutes. Its been over ** minutes and counting. Robert U. Hernandez

Finally connected with DTV NOW representative with the assistance of an AT&T representative. The NOW rep promptly resolved the disputed bill and obtained a refund.
