A MERRY CHRISTMAS! … but …**A MERRY CHRISTMAS, but enough is enough. Since the day I purchased your system, many years ago, I have suffered through one installation fault after another.**First it was the reception. The TV would go blank. The sun was still shining brightly, but after a while I heard thunder, about ** miles to the east. The TV would still be out for hours, after the storm had passed. I wrote this off as something your company lived with and so would I.**Then, years later, one of your repairmen told me the dish was badly misdirected, and he apparently fixed it. But the problem persisted, so another repairman found the dish still*was misdirected. Then came a repairman who told me only the HDTV channels were affected. Then another repairman told me the HDTV diagnosis was wrong.**Somewhere along the line – and I don’t know how many repairmen later – I was told the dish was not fastened properly* one nut or bolt or ***** holding the dish to the roof was missing, and the dish was still misaligned.**Check your records. They must tell you more than my memory can. I do know that I missed many hundreds of hours due to your incompetent repairmen.**But all I ask is this: Please give me one year’s service without charge.
