My name is Lisa Pendergrass, pass code **** and phone *** *** ******I talked to * different uneducated CSR's yesterday for hour and half and they never understood anything and kept transferring me to wrong dept. My bill is incorrect and I don not have the NFL net work and never wanted it. I cancelled it last year in December and some how it was back on my bill and I paid ***.** dollars twice which was wrong on ATT end. I talked to rep who credited my November bill and I paid **.** dollars. My bill for Dec should not be ***.** dollars. My bill is only supposed to be **.** dollars what I agreed to. If this is not fixed by today I will contact ,my attorney. I will not be ripped off by ATT billing me what they want to bill me and out something on my account I didn't agree to. ATT need american speaking people and retrain your CSR because they just wasted my time.
GetHuman-lisapend did not yet indicate what DirecTV should do to make this right.
