Watch TV ... Acct***********.The TV in my bedroom says that I have no signal. My other (main) tv is fine tonight (tho last night not so good - probably cuz you were merging accounts? I tried all of your suggestions online, but nothing. I even checked the cord running from my bedroom to the roof! I rarely watch TV in my bedroom so I do not know how long it hasn't been working. I replaced the HDMI cord to no avail and also bought a new coaxial cord just in case. Cannot access much on the TV with the exception of the various connections that I have (HDMI, USB, ANT, etc.) I had a DVD player hooked up but I removed it and I thought that I had put everything back properly!****. I do not watch the premium channels EVER. Not once so can I have them removed from my account? It's $***month that I am throwing away! Alternatively, what kind of bundling is available? It's ridiculous what I spend for just me, and I watch very, very little TV let alone the premium channels. ****. Please take Premium Channels off and add the DogTV channel for (I believe) $*.***month?****. My son moved out and it seems that the box for that room is missing. I have a bunch of new satellite equipment (dishes, boxes and a plethora of remotes) that my ex-husband George Abraham gave me when he sold his house here in Sedona last year. I'll trade you! LOL! Seriously, please remove that *rd room from my account and let me know what I owe on the missing box and where to return this equipment that has been sitting in my garage.****. Do you or AT&T offer Internet in Sedona, AZ (*****) yet? I am with Hughes.Net and they are just awful, incredibly rude and impossible to deal with , PLUS I AM GETTING JACKED ON MY DATA. Please* tell me that you are open **** and not like AT&T who shuts down at *:**pm Pacific or something ridiculous like that. What about people who work and live out west? If you get put on hold for however long at *:** your call is disconnected! That I am laid up and need that tv to work. And it stinks that you all get to go home at *:** when there are desperate customers who need to watch tv once every other month or so!
Make my TV go back on tonight please! I now realize that you are not there, but isn't there someone, a janitor perhaps, who can help me? And why are you closed!?
Because I paid $***month for premium channels that I never even knew the channel numbers for!
Last night I tried to watch in my TV room, but all that that tv had on was the bouncing DirecTV logo until midnight, then only CNN until *:**am.
