I had a technician show up at my house on Saturday. He was here less than ** minutes and said that he could not install DirecTV because I had too many trees. I called and of course I got sent overseas but then they directed me back and I spoke to a representative by the name of Cody he was able to pull up my account with my phone number and took my whole complaint and said that somebody would call me back within an hour well here it is Monday October **th at *:** p.m. and nobody has called me. I've just spent the last hour getting run around in circles with your representatives and then basically getting hung up on I would like for somebody to get in contact with me ASAP.
