I called earlier around *, i was on the phone for ** min, transferred to a few departments, was told a supervisor was going to call me back in ** min and still and hour in a half later no phone call. My on demand wont work because my internet connection will not connect. A few days ago o called over the same issue, rebooted the system on your end and mine, did it today as well. It won't stay connected. Tried again for *th time today and it won't connect. Also it will only allow you to try to hook up through wireless which im confused about because originally i thought we ordered wireless, we were later told we didn't and have wireless and we ordered regular cable installations. Not sure why we would have main receiver as wireless but not the other genie boxes. All i want is for our on demand to work and stay connected to rhe internet especially without having to repeat the connection process every time i use it.
