Me and my wife signed up for direct tv now at our local cricket store my phone automatically saves all passwords and user names when we put all our banking information in and signed up the app and website did not reconize my password or username we could not access the service we were being charged for. I have called the **** number and i was always told that the **** number was for direct tv customers only Direct tv now keeps charging us and we cannot access the service there are plenty of people online who are having the same issue this is an illegal pratice to charge people for services they cannot access or do not want i want a refund of the ** dollars we were charged and i want to cancel my subscription i can not cancel my subscription myself because i cant log in and you have to log in to cancel so direct tv is making it easy to collect every month when i cant log in to cancel direct tv and direct tv now no longer have permission to automatically withdrawal funds from our checking account documents from the bank can be provided upon request.
GetHuman-jamesboh did not yet indicate what DirecTV should do to make this right.
