You cancelled my TV service without my permission. I have been working for * days starting ******** for * hours. Went to the store on ******** and again on ******** and was there * hours working with the Regional director to get this resolved. No luck, was told told to go home and try from home. Been on the phone for another * hours and still no one will help me. My service was installed on ********. I had ordered additional service for my house in Maine to be installed ********. I called on ******** to cancel my order for my Maine house. When I turned the TV on this morning ******** my service in Tennessee had been cancelled. And I am still on hold at *:** PM trying to get my service restored. I feel that I have been bounced around the world and back on hold. It should not be so difficult to turn on the switch to restore service. You were able to disconnect my service with no problem without my permission. This is no way to treat a new customer of * days. Your people place you on hold forever and when someone does finally answer, they transfer you to another department. Does anyone in your company know what they are doing? I will do everything in my power stop anyone for using DirectTV. If I see your salespeople in the store I will make such a loud announcement that everyone in the store will hear about your service. I would appreciate a response to this email. You just lost another customer.
