The issue in GetHuman-mcecc's own words
had appointment scheduled today between *-** for service to add another receiver for a new tv. Received numerous phone msgs stating that they would be here between those hours. When I called them after ** pm because no one showed up the msg stated that I was scheduled for an service call next Wednesday. When I was able to talk to a human she said " I'm sorry, no one was available today." They called numerous times over the past week to remind me, including twice this morning. The last reminder was at **am this morning. So having made this appointment over a week ago and wasting this morning waiting and still not getting services or any real explanation I want this rectified asap. I am not available tomorrow but will be home all day sunday. I have been a DirecTV customer for a number of years and am just about ready to go find a new provider.
GetHuman-mcecc did not yet indicate what DirecTV should do to make this right.
