Service ***ZHFQPW***Our TV froze and we could get no service. A technician came and said that the problem was due to too many recordings on the DVR.**He ran through some apps and it was working when he left. We deleted about half of our recordings. A couple of hours later it started freezing again. After working with it again we got it started to have it continuously freeze.**The last time a message flashed across the screen that we did not have time to read - something about a problem with our recorder (?) and a phone number that we did not get.**This is very annoying - not being able to watch a complete program without having everything freeze.**I called the number that the technician left (***.***.****)and was told that we would receive a call. We have not heard and when I called again - got voice mail.**We don't need someone emailing us unless it is a prompt appointment time for a technician to fix the problem properly.**you sent a text message to my home phone - it is not a mobile. Contact a competent person at Direct TV customer service. She diagnosed the problem as a defective genie. Sent replacement.
