Understand why I am receiving monthly notice charged to an AT&T charge acct. I don’t have. ... My direct tv account is paid monthly with my VISA credit card, auto pay. Yet for * months, including again yesterday I am receiving an email notice of monthly charge on my AT&T, auto pay account I do not have. Direct TV has my account paid in full each month on a VISA account. This erronous account ends in **** per monthly email. I have called Direct TV, CONFIRMED payments received. Called (my) AT&T, who say I do not have this account. Sent SPOOF notice twice as direct by AT&T to address given. Please help correct this wrong billing, help me, please
This is the *th month receiving bill notice, although I have paid bill with my Visa card auto pay, not AT&T card. I don’t want an account or bill with a charge card I don’t have. The amount charge although not noted is for my direct tv service.
Monthly email bill notice must show my Visa account paying this bill not some unknown AT&T credit account, please.
Many years, problem started when AT&T be came connected with Direct TV.
Many calls to Direct TV, satisfied account is paid monthly on my Visa card, calls to AT&T credit card confirming no account including ending ****, sent copy of email to SPOOF CITI——
