My account number is *********June I ended service after ** years. In June sent back equipment. Refund due$**.**. Talked to Ralph Chester ****. My refund is in the mail. July ** still no check. Talked to Kim. Was told it was after hours. Put me on hold ** minutes. Heard screaming laughter. Asked where she was located. Said Florida and group is Jamaican and we're saying bye. Was told check was in the mail and that Direct TV had received my returned equipment. I think they were laughing because I held for ** minutes. I've been on hold ** minutes today. Martin Corren answered and I'm on hold again. Where is my $**.** refund. And is it true you stall refunds until customers give up and never send refunds I've been on hold now with Martin Corren and have been hung up on it appears. I have been on hold ** minutes.
GetHuman-marymoli did not yet indicate what DirecTV should do to make this right.
