What went wrong?
Waiting to see what went wrong with our suggestion for how to get DirecTV help.
The issue in GetHuman-jimfrady's own words
I received a call last Wednesday with a promotional offer for being a loyal customer. I was supposed to receive a package of premium channels until the end of **** at no charge, and have my bill reduced. I am supposed to get a monthly reminder so I can stop the offer at the end of the year or anytime before if I’m not interested in keeping it. If I choose to keep it I was told it would add $** to my bill. I was told I should start getting the channels in **-** hours. So far I can’t find that I have any new channels. When I was called I was not able to hear everything so I missed exactly which channels were included, but I believe Starz and Showtime were included and there were supposed to be ** total. Can you tell me which channels I am supposed to receive and when I should be able to get them?
